When in 1959 OTAM S.r.l. - a manufacturer of finned tubes and heat exchange coils - was established, the promoting partners aimed to use their experience in the field to manufacture reliable and lasting custom made products, designed to meet each client's specific requirements.

With this same philosophy in 1969 they established Uniterm S.r.l., a company for the trading of thermotechnical products and - with the second generation joining the company - in 1984 the global structure was optimised through the incorporation of OTAM into Uniterm S.r.l..

Today Uniterm S.r.l. is still directly managed by its owners and - with over 45 years' experience and more than 10,000 heat exchange units installed all over the world in the most difficult operating conditions - it is one of the oldest and most prestigious firms in its sector.
